Accountant (m/f/d)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our in Milan. 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of our accounting records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

• Independent handling of day-to-day accounting operations
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, experience with IFRS is a plus
• Participation in the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statement
• Preparation of VAT returns, statistical reports, and assistance with tax declarations
• Point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
• Development and optimization of internal processes and controls
• Support for management in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial background with a focus on accounting
• Professional experience in accounting with a focus on IFRS
• Strong numerical understanding, quick comprehension, and high level of accuracy
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• High level of commitment, strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
• Ideally, experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
